Motion alert added to MV security cameras

Cisco Meraki has added a new feature to its MV security cameras – motion alert. The long awaited feature enables users to keep an eye on valuable items in retail stores or alert security guards of a trespasser.

Users can configure an alert according to alerting schedule, minimum event trigger length and alerting region. Once an alert is triggered, an email will be sent to the designated recipient (i.e store owner).
