Microsoft puts Office on Chromebooks

Microsoft has finally delivered Office on Chromebooks. The Redmond company hasn’t made any official announcement about the availability of the apps on Chrome OS but several reports have confirmed it.

Chrome Unboxed said that the Samsung Chromebook Pro, Pixelbook, Acer Chromebook 15 and the Acer C771 already have the Office app available for download in the Play Store.

This could be great news for those who have been holding out on their Chromebook purchase. It could be a good time to take the plunge and experience Office on Chromebooks.
