Expand your cloud storage with Google One
Back in May, Google introduced Google One, a simple plan for expanded storage that includes extra benefits to help you get more out of Google. Since then, users with Google Drive paid plans have been upgraded to Google One. Today, people in the US can finally choose to upgrade to Google One.
Google One plans start at US$1.99 per month for 100GB of additional storage for Drive, Gmail and Photos. Going up, a new US$2.99-per-month tier has been added which includes 200GB of storage. The US$9.99-per-month tier has been upgraded to include 2TB of storage instead of 1TB. Pricing for plans larger than 2TB remain the same. However, this change doesn’t affect G Suite business customers.
On top of the cheaper storage options, Google One members will get 24/7 support Google experts. They will also get credits on Google Play and deals on hotels found in Google Search. You can also share your plan with up to five additional family members.
