Cloud Identity: Google’s answer for user, device, app management

Google has introduced Cloud Identity to simplify access for users and control for admins. This allows users to focus on their work and the IT department to manage identities, associated apps and devices at scale from one integrated console as people join, move within, and leave an organisation.

Cloud Identity supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID and compatible with hundreds of apps including G Suite apps. In terms of security, admins can implement screen locks, find devices, enforce two-step verification and phishing-resistant security keys right from the console.
