NetSuite Intelligent Suite brings AI, Machine Learning to businesses

NetSuite Intelligent Suite has been announced that combines Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. The focus of the intelligent cloud suite is to assist users with their jobs and help them make the right decision.

This could be achieved with three components that make up the intelligent cloud suite which are Intelligent Insights, Intelligent Interaction and Intelligent Automation. Intelligent Insights ensures that users are looking at the right things at the right time, Intelligent Interaction learns from the users and suggests actions accordingly while Intelligent Automation automates business processes with a workflow engine.
