IDC MarketScape names NetSuite Leader in Cloud-Enabled PSA Applications

IDC MarketScape has named NetSuite a leader in its Worldwide SaaS and Cloud-Enabled PSA ERP Applications 2017 Vendor Assessment. Twelve vendors were evaluated based on a wide range of criteria that included customer satisfaction, financial stability, functionality, range of services, SaaS capabilities and total cost of ownership.

According to the report, NetSuite holds an edge over its competitors because all of its ERP modules run on a single database and single code base. Therefore, it provides quicker access to data relative to other solutions and easier and relatively seamless updates.
