Google brings chatbot to enterprises

Google has announced that its Dialogflow (formerly API.AI or better known as chatbot) is now available for enterprises. The beta release of Dialogflow Enterprise Edition has all the benefits of Dialogflow and more, offering greater flexibility and support to meet the needs of large-scale businesses. The Mountain View company also introduced speech integration within Dialogflow which enables developers to create voice-based applications.

The chatbot utilises natural language processing powered by machine learning to create conversational experiences. All it needs is a few examples of what a user might say and the chatbot will create a unique model that can learn what to do to provide the most relevant and precise responses to your users.
