Do more with chart data labels in Google Sheets

Google Sheets has been updated with some new features to enhance charts. Now, you can show total data labels for stacked charts and control where data labels are placed.

All the controls you need to make these changes are on the sidebar on the right. Sheets will try to find the best placement for the labels but if you don’t like it, you can adjust manually to your heart’s content.
