4. Knowledge of website security practices and tools.
5. Experience with website backup and restoration processes.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills in English (must be able to communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors clearly).
