We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing lead to implement marketing campaigns in the ERP/ Financial software space  in accordance with the region’s demographics. In this role, your responsibilities will include forecasting sales needs and campaign budgets, and working with sales teams to ensure that the marketing fits the company or brand’s image.

To be successful as a regional marketing lead, you should network with local businesses to increase sales, handle the regional budget, and strengthen the company’s sales in the area. A top-notch regional marketing lead should recognize the needs of consumers in different geographic areas and adjust the marketing campaign accordingly.

Job Description:

  1. Manage a team in assigned divisions to achieve company goals which are:
    – Create and run marketing strategy
    – Creating Programs and Campaigns
    – Overseeing Content, SEO, SEM, Website
    – Planning Events
    – Handling External Communications, PR.
    – Analyzing Marketing Data
    – Supporting Sales and BDR
    – Other Marketing Activities
  2. Manage principal partners in aligning marketing activity plans and go to market strategies. 
  3. Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
  4. Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvement.
  5. Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  6. Ensure teamwork in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators for each team member.
  8. Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities.
  9. Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate training to the team.
  10. Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
  11. Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity.
  12. Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
  13. Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
  14. Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on a regular basis.
  15. Identify areas of improvement and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
  16. Managing stakeholders expectations.
  17. Manage Marketing Development Fund (MDF), and co-marketing budgets aligning spend to region, product and account goals.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role covering South East Asia territory for ERP, finance software or SAAS products.
  3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing principles.
  5. Experience with event planning and execution.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Experience with tools, such as wordpress, and graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva (a plus).
