We are looking for an enthusiastic People Operations Intern to support both people operations and early-stage recruitment activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, talent sourcing, data administration, and employer branding, while working closely with the entire people operations team across HR, Recruitment, and Coordination. 

You will gain practical experience in how People functions collaborate to attract, hire, and support employees while ensuring smooth internal processes.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and interviews. Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms.
  2. Data Integrity: Maintain our reports with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll help ensure our “people data” is clean and actionable.
  3. Process Optimisation: Identify “friction points” in our current workflows and suggest ways to automate or simplify them.
  4. Research & Compliance: Stay ahead of the curve by being able to comprehend the different types of roles and functions in the company. 
  5. Cross Exposure: You will be assigned to a different vertical within the People Operations Team to contribute to multiple initiatives and engagements.

Requirements:

  1. Final year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Available for a minimum 6-month internship commitment.
  3. Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
  4. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
  5. Smart thinker with ‘let’s do’ attitude. 
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  8. Proactive, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. A team player with a willingness to learn.
  10. Comfortable using digital tools, job portals, and spreadsheets.
