Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and segment high-value industries and business segments aligned with our Google Cloud offerings.
- Develop data-driven GTM strategies tailored to each target segment, incorporating industry-specific messaging and content creation.
- Partner with product development and sales teams to ensure GTM strategies address the unique pain points and challenges faced by businesses in these segments.
- Collaborate with web developers to optimize website content and landing pages for targeted lead generation within priority industries.
- Develop and execute content marketing initiatives (e.g., white papers, case studies, webinars) that showcase the value proposition of our solutions for specific industry challenges.
- Identify and participate in industry-relevant events and partner with key organizations to generate leads from qualified prospects within target segments.
- Manage and analyze the performance of all GTM and lead generation activities, utilizing data insights to continuously optimize strategies and campaign performance.
- Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams (sales, product development, customer success) to ensure alignment across all GTM initiatives.
- Digital Marketing Mastermind: Oversee the implementation of targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media advertising) to attract qualified leads from identified industries and business segments. Here’s where your digital expertise shines:
- Website Analytics: Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and lead generation performance. Analyze this data to understand where your target audience is coming from, how they interact with your website, and where opportunities for optimization lie.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze the performance of your digital marketing campaigns across all channels. Identify areas for improvement, such as keyword targeting, ad copy effectiveness, or landing page conversion rates. Leverage your insights to A/B test different approaches and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports that detail the performance of all GTM and digital marketing activities. These reports should translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience within B2B marketing or a related field, with a demonstrably successful track record of developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices (e.g., brand positioning, messaging, content marketing).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO/SEM, social media analytics, website analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present compelling arguments and strategies.
