ERP Project Manager will work with a business analyst to create a business analysis plan. The ERP Project Manager will also be responsible to design a comprehensive strategy for achieving the successful outcome of the project. Sounds interesting? Great, keep reading!

What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Be able to handle multiple projects at a time
  2. Don’t involve in configuration setup work
  3. Focus on:
    1. Project delivery Key points
      1. On time
      2. On track 
      3. Within the SOW scope
    2. Manage timeline
    3. Manage quality of work
    4. Manage project  resources
    5. Manage customer expectations
    6. Control project scope
    7. Control customer experience
    8. Any customer meeting PM to schedule and attend the meeting
  4. Handle the client facing activities including but not limited to:
    1. Kick off meeting
    2. BRD discovery
    3. Assist FC to find out the solution GAPS
    4. Join the Training sessions
    5. Assist in UAT sessions if needed
    6. Project Go-Live
    7. Project Plan
    8. Project weekly/half monthly meeting etc
  5. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  6. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  7. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  9. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  10. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  11. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  12. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  13. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  14. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  15. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  16. ERP project oversight.
  17. Should be able to handle the client independently
  18. Must have the ability to communicate effectively
  19. Must be aware of the complete Project Life Cycle
  20. Must be familiar and know how to write the documents (BRD, FRD, Project Tools, methodology, commercial documents, Clarizen, Sign Off and other relevant templates) 
  21. Ensure the Project Completion Checklist is updated
