We seek motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our ERP Implementation and Delivery team under the new ‘Internship Training Academy’. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various functional areas within ERP project delivery, including Project Management, Solution Consulting, Functional Consulting, and Customer Success Management.
The role is designed as a rotational support position. The candidate will assist with daily project execution tasks and gain exposure to real-world ERP implementation practices. Based on performance and demonstrated strengths, the candidate will be permanently placed into a specialised role (full-time) within 6 to 12 months.
Job Descriptions:
General Support (across all ERP delivery functions):
- Assist in data preparation and migration activities.
- Support the preparation of CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and training workshops.
- Help create and maintain training manuals, UAT scripts, and other documentation.
- Participate in go-live preparation and support activities.
- Track and report project progress using tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Assist Project Managers in task follow-ups, meeting minutes, and administrative coordination.
- Shadow team members to understand ERP modules, client needs, and the project lifecycle.
Rotational Exposure Areas:
- Project Management Support: Support project scheduling, tracking, and documentation. Update project management tools and assist in stakeholder coordination.
- Solution Consulting Support: Learn product capabilities and support configuration/testing. Assist in solution design documentation and requirement analysis.
- Functional Consulting Support: Understand business processes and map them to ERP features. Assist in functional testing and troubleshooting.
- Customer Success Support: Help in onboarding new users post-implementation. Assist in gathering user feedback and follow-up support coordination.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn ERP systems and implementation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with data and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel, project management tools, or database basics.
