Job Descriptions:
- Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar framework).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
