Job Descriptions: 

  1. Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals and sales targets.
  2. Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvements.
  3. Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.
  4. Address business inquiries from customers and team members in a professional manner.
  5. Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  6. Ensure that teamwork in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation promotion, retention and termination activities.
  8. Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate training to the team.
  9. Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
  10. Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity.
  11. Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
  12. Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
  13. Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on a regular basis.
  14. Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
  15. Process client invoicing promptly and oversee business accounting processes.
  16. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  17. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  18. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  19. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  20. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  21. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  22. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  23. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  24. Identify and maintain customer reference ability within the assigned account list. 
  25. Prepare reports on account status.
  26. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  27. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  28. Retain customer renewals above 95% annually.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing team.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing clients.
  3. Having knowledge in Cloud products.
  4. Coming from IT industry.
  5. Good communication in English.
