We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee operational efficiency across assigned divisions. This role involves a combination of strategic account management, operational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and business performance.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure assigned divisions meet sales targets and company goals.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  3. Oversee the full account lifecycle including onboarding, solution delivery, contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate division performance, identifying gaps and implementing strategies for improvement, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  6. Handle escalated client issues professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  7. Lead recruitment, performance management, training, and team development activities to strengthen internal capabilities.
  8. Analyze key account metrics (e.g., sales performance, client retention, forecasts) and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and meet sales quotas.
  10. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards in all team activities.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the IT or cloud technology industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of cloud products and digital solution sales.
  3. Proven ability to manage complex accounts and deliver customized client solutions.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report performance metrics.
  7. Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
