We are seeking high-potential fresh graduates to join our Cloud Protege Program. This is an intensive, multi-disciplinary rotation program designed to build the next generation of Cloud Leaders.

As a Protege, you will not be confined to a single specialization. Instead, you will rotate through various core cloud disciplines, gaining 360-degree exposure to the Google Cloud ecosystem. At the end of the program, you will be placed in a specialized role (such as AI/ML, Data Engineering, App Modernization or Infrastructure) based on your performance and career interests.

Job Descriptions:

During this program, you will rotate through the following core pillars:

1. Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

  • Learn to design and deploy scalable environments using Google Compute Engine and Kubernetes (GKE).
  • Assist in cloud migration projects and infrastructure automation (IaC).
  • Understand Networking, VPCs, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
2. Data Engineering & Analytics
  • Gain hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
  • Assist in building data pipelines and transforming raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Support data warehousing and modernization projects for regional clients.
3. Agentic AI Engineering
Lead the industry transition from model-first prompting to agent-first engineering. You will learn to build, secure, and monitor production-ready autonomous systems using Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform across four core operational pillars:
  • Build (Development & Rapid Prototyping): Master pro-code and low-code agent orchestration using the Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini CLI, Agent Studio, and RAG Engine (connected via Model Context Protocol) to prototype, scaffold, and deploy highly customized, autonomous agents from scratch into functional deployments.
  • Scale (Workflows & Multi-Agent Orchestration): Deploy stateful, long-running agent workflows in the high-performance Agent Runtime environment using Agent Sessions and the Memory Bank to design and orchestrate collaborative multi-agent graph topologies that automate complex, multi-day business processes.
  • Govern (Enterprise Security & Guardrails): Enforce robust corporate compliance and security by configuring cryptographically-attested Agent Identities, the central Agent Registry, and the Agent Gateway with Model Armor protection to build secure integrations that prevent prompt injections and data leakage.
  • Optimize (Simulation, Validation & Observability): Trace complex reasoning failures and grade non-deterministic behaviors using Agent Observability dashboards, Multi-Turn AutoRaters, and synthetic Agent Simulation interactions to continuously refine system performance.
4. App Modernization & Cloud-Native Development
  • Learn to build and deploy applications using serverless technologies like Cloud Run, App Engine, and Cloud Functions.
  • Assist in re-architecting legacy applications into modern, microservices-based architectures.
  • Gain exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline automation and API management via Apigee.
  • Explore mobile and web app backend development using Firebase.
5. Cloud Consulting & Technical Account Management
  • Participate in discovery workshops to understand client business challenges.
  • Develop documentation, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept (PoC) presentations.
  • Learn the “human side” of tech by assisting in client relationship management and technical support.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  2. Fresh Perspective: You are a recent graduate (or have less than 1 year of experience) with a strong desire to build a career in the Cloud.
  3. Aptitude: A fast learner with a “can-do” attitude towards complex technical challenges and emerging technologies like Generative AI.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  5. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
  6. Advantage: Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or any cloud platform (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
