We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. This role will ensure our office administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, stationery, and other resources.
  2. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, documents, phone calls, mail and appointment meetings.
  3. Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date record-keeping and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  5. Coordinating office-related projects, events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. English proficiency is essential for both verbal and written communication.
  2. Having related experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant is an advantage.
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
