Job Descriptions:
- Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
- Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in products/services.
- Qualify leads according to company criteria before passing them to sales executives.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and appointment setting quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in CRM systems.
- Develop deep knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions with prospects of all levels (C-levels, Senior managers, etc).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of both our sales.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Good communication in both English & Bahasa, and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage.
