ERP Business Development Representative - Indonesia

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Research and identify potential customers within target markets.
  2. Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in products/services.
  3. Qualify leads according to company criteria before passing them to sales executives.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and appointment setting quotas.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in CRM systems.
  6. Develop deep knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate value propositions with prospects of all levels (C-levels, Senior managers, etc).
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
  8. Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of both our sales.
  9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Good communication in both English & Bahasa, and good interpersonal skills.
  2. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  3. Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage.
