Performance Marketing Specialist

What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Execute and optimize Search Engine Marketing Campaigns (SEM) and ensure PSGC remains competitive and cost effective in paid search.
  2. Effectively manage campaign budget spend by keeping track of budget pacing and troubleshoot accordingly.
  3. Responsible for all aspects of the paid search campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting for SG, MY, ID and TH
  4. Setting up, optimising, tracking and maintaining of Google Ads, remarketing and Google Analytic.
  5. Produce and develop reports on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, and come up with recommendations for conversion optimization.
  6. Monitor, optimize and report on campaign results for better performance and ROI.
  7. Conduct keyword research, creating ad copy, conversion rates, bidding, call to action and campaign management.
  8. Coordinating and executing effective organic and paid digital marketing campaigns, increasing key performance metrics.
  9. Running ad-hoc media placement and monitoring its performance.
  10. Activate all paid channels and maintain a performance based campaign to maximize leads of each company’s products.
  11. Analyze and monitor performance regularly using appropriate tracking and analytical tools such as Google Analytics-GA4.
