Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer is responsible to deliver business solutions that solve clients’ business challenges and cultivate relationships with clients’ executives through both in-person meetings and other communication channels, i.e. workshops, webinar, etc. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products. What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Work hand-in-hand with sales consultants to explore opportunities from the technical perspective, and collaboratively set the opportunity pursuit strategy. Develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments and scoping out migration workloads.
  2. Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions to include such activities as managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
  3. Work hands-on with products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer/partner environments. 
  4. Assist on Google Cloud Platform and GSuite related administration and support
  5. Assist in technical account management of GCP customers and to continue exploring for further workloads to migrate 
  6. Create system requirements and scope of work for Gsuite, GCP, Application Development projects
  7. Develop and closure of business to achieve the sales targets assigned

 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Have minimum 3 years experience in Sales field for IT strategy development.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
  3. Knowledge in cloud computing, such as Google Workspace, Office365, and other related products.
  4. Passion to grow with the company & advance into a Senior or Sales position in the future.
