What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Process orders via email or phone.
  2. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  3. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  4. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  6. Develop monthly sales reports.
    Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  7. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Good communication, negotiation, and good interpersonal skills.
  2. Proactive, strong prioritization and organization skills, and able to multi-task.
  3. Have a minimum of 1 year(s) experience in the administrative, secretary, and general affairs field.
