Project Engineer

A Project Engineer is a professional who is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. You will be responsible to plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish. What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
  2. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
  3. Confirms performance by designing and conducting tests.
  4. Perform day-to-day coordination, liaison, control and supervision of all internal and external parties including project team members, subcontractors, equipment vendors; ensure project/site works delivered according to customer’s expectations.
  5. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status and documentation.
  6. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
  7. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
  8. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
  9. Perform any other work assigned by the Project Manager.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Attention to detail and proactive problem solver
  2. Have excellent leadership skills, time management, and organizational skills.
  3. Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration within teams and clients.
  4. Having a good understanding of Cloud environments is advantageous.
