Responsible for building technical relationships with prospects and/or existing customers. You will be collaborating with the AMO / Sales Team to support them with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance. Our Pre-Sales Solutions has strong customer communication skills to manage customers’ expectations.
Job Description:
- Working closely with the AMO / sales team on business proposals to prospects.
- Attending meetings with the AMO / Sales Manager and acting as a solution expert.
- Working closely with prospects to understand and capture business requirements.
- Develop solution recommendations on prospects’ business requirements.
- Ensuring that the product functionalities can meet the recommended solutions.
- Develop and execute ERP implementation plans by configuring and customizing the ERP solutions as per the scope defined in the scope.
- Manage ERP implementation to analyze customer’s business process that wants to be addressed through the ERP.
- Manage ERP Project Engagement. Define and mature the project scope, plan, and schedule the project activities. Executing the work in the project management plan to accomplish the project objectives under the project scope statement / Statement of Work (SOW).
- Ability to ensure the team delivers the project on time and does consistent timely reminders with the client team and internal team.
- Continuously keeping up with the latest product functionalities.
- Putting together business cases for the AMO / sales teams to support their proposals.
- Replying to prospects following requests for information and proposal requests.
- Presenting proposals to prospects alongside members of the AMO / sales team.
- Working together with the proposal (implementation) team to develop a detailed scope of work.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc is preferred.
- Strong background in financial and accounting processes.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a NetSuite/ERP Consultant in a vendor environment.
- Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Oracle Netsuite project management experience is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and management skills.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority within a prospect organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Certified as a NetSuite “ERP Consultant” or NetSuite “ERP Administrator” is a plus.
