Job Description: 

  1. Running the day to day tasks for smooth operations of the respective office.
  2. Management of office logistics such as notifying on pantry stock-up, access cards record-keeping, liaising with building management, housekeeping, and booking of employee travelling requests.
  3. Manage physical office assets, which includes procurement of IT assets.
  4. General administrative duties such as record keeping and documentation.
  5. Supporting the People Ops Department such as data collection, data analysis and reporting.
  6. Supports the Finance Team on an ad-hoc basis, such as reviewing claims for accuracy.
  7. Assist other departments on an ad-hoc basis and upon instruction by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

  1. At least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  3. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. 
  4. Possesses good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
  5. Fine attention to detail and repetitive job functions.
  6. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop and learn new skills, and ability to work under pressure and efficiently.
  7. Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
  8. Ability to work independently and work in a team.
  9. Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
