Job Description: 

  1. Provides substantial administrative support.
  2. Undertakes research projects, updates reports, conducts research, writes and edits documents.
  3. Maintains updated office coordinator procedures and documentation.
  4. Assisting various division in gathering information.
  5. Assisting in the planning of company events.
  6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Office Administration, or a similar field. 
  2. A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Good communication and following-up skills will be advantageous.
  4. Familiar with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. 
  5. Good planning and organisation skills. 
  6. Good English communication skills.
  7. Good time management skills.
