Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will work closely with our digital specialists, creatives and all marketing teams to establish and develop strategic marketing strategies for a company and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. This might include evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of channels. Sounds interesting? What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Manage business operations in assigned divisions to achieve company goals which are:
    • Create and run marketing strategy
    • Creating Programs and Campaigns
    • Overseeing Content
    • Planning Events
    • Handling External Communications
    • Analyzing Marketing Data
    • Supporting Sales
    • Other Marketing Activities
  2. Evaluate division performance and recommend new strategies for performance improvement.
  3. Resolve business issues and ensure that all escalated issues are closed.
  4. Identify resources, assign workloads and manage schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Ensure teamwork in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention, and termination activities.
  7. Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate training to the team.
  8. Develop and enforce best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
  9. Oversee staffing adjustments to obtain maximum productivity.
  10. Recommend cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
  11. Develop new business programs to meet productivity and revenue goals.
  12. Provide guidance to team members and monitor their performance, discipline and attendance on a regular basis.
  13. Identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
