Market Coverage Specialist

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Sales team. Being a Market Coverage Specialist you will be responsible to build and develop strong client relationships, initiate and drive sales and hit revenue targets. You will play a big role in understanding the customer’s business objectives, and the technical components of our solutions, and utilizing a deliberate sales methodology in achieving sales objectives.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Drives and closes sales activities in assigned territory/customers.
  2. Generate new business through calls, emails, digital campaigns, networking events, and other forms of activities. 
  3. Oversee and execute end-to-end sales activities process for a designated market segment with the manager.
  4. Regular coverage of new and existing customers on company profiles, products, and updates as assigned by the manager. 
  5. Handle sales administration activities, i.e. CRM, vendor registration, customers’ procurement requirements, etc. 
  6. Manage relevant sales and order documentation for the sales team
  7. Manage customer experience for sales support related matters 
  8. Work closely with sales operations and finance team on sales-related matters 
  9. Design and execute eDMs, marketing materials, and other relevant artwork and documents. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
  2. Knowledge in cloud computing, such as Google Workspace, Office365, and other related products.
  3. Have great communication and project management skills, and an ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  4. Strong prioritization and organization skills.
