Hardware Sales Division Manager

What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  2. Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  3. Directing and coordinating all sales activities.
  4. Work along assigned sales budgets and projections and approved expenditures.
  5. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  6. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
  7. Setting discount rates and determining price schedules within the limit/privilege given.
  8. Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  9. Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
  10. Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  11. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
  12. Work along with sales quotas and goals.
  13. Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
  14. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  15. Defining and executing territory sales plans.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience in sales, 2 years experience as a Sales Manager.
  2. Have a good understanding of hardware products such as Computers (laptop & desktop), network appliances, audio, and video appliances.
