We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a background in bookkeeping and personal assistant duties. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations, financial accuracy, and providing high-level administrative support.
Job Description:
1. Operations Oversight
- Manage daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
2. Financial Management
- Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
3. Administrative Support
- Provide executive support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
4. Client and Vendor Management on administrative matters
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Address client/vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
