Event Executive

What a day at work for you will look like:

1. Events/Webinars

  • Assist to plan & execute events in its entirety, including liaising with customers and suppliers/distributor, managing the budget & show production, booth design setup and staffing.
  • Evaluate and review post event and marketing campaigns to ensure objectives met and suggest improvement for future campaigns/events.
  • Ensure leads from events/webinars are followed through by MQL/Sales.
  • Take responsibility and control the pre-event, execution, and post-event activities through offline and online marketing events
  • Act as marketing project leader for any brand activation
  • Work closely with cross-divisional teams to meet potential pipelines through brand activations
  • Conduct research, find sources, and organize regular events
  • Explore & identify growth opportunities in Event Marketing
  • Maintain good communication with partners and liaise with them to gain new opportunities through marketing activations
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to meet the company’s standards

2. Email Marketing

  • Weekly eDM to subscribers.
  • Run product eDM and eDM invite for webinars/events.
  • Report on all eDM campaigns; open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate. 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Majors in event, management, communication and/or other related fields.
  2. Min. 1-year experience in event management offline and online.
  3. Is proficient in Google Sheets/MS Excel & Google Slides/MS Powerpoint.
  4. Has good English communication skills in both oral and written.
  5. Has teamwork skills.
  6. Is detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  7. Is comfortable in working at a dynamic environment.
