The ERP Business Development Executive plays a strategic role in growing the business at PointStar Consulting. This position is responsible for searching for potential clients in various industries. In addition, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Are you up to the challenge? What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Sourcing & qualifying quality leads for the Sales Team.
  2. Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
  3. Acquiring & maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects.
  4. Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions.

Let’s get to know you!

  1. Have minimum 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales field for IT software products. 
  2. Solid commercial acumen; the ability to spot opportunities in markets and to close them through a solutions-selling approach.
  3. A proactive, service-oriented attitude towards prospects and clients.

Where you’ll work:

  1. We are all familiar with working from home now. Even if you’re not near our local offices, we’re open to a remote working relationship in this position as long as you can commit with us.
  2. You want to be office based? We got you! Our HQ is in Singapore. You can also find us in our local offices at Jakarta, Bandung, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Karachi.
  3. Working hours? We operate within the Singapore time zone.
