ERP Account Manager

ERP Account Manager works with both their clients and their team to ensure the efficient and effective running of their accounts. They clearly understand their clients’ objectives and requirements, the commercial terms of their retained accounts and projects, and the level of resources required to service the accounts. Account Managers translate quick but creative thinking into decisive action; providing team management, the delegation of tasks, and exceptional media relations skills.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  1. Be able to handle multiple projects at a time
  2. Don’t involve in configuration setup work
  3. Focus on:
    • a. Project delivery Key points
      • On-time
      • On track 
      • Within the SOW scope
    • Manage timeline
    • Manage quality of work
    • Manage project  resources
    • Manage customer expectations
    • Control project scope
    • Control customer experience
    • Any customer meeting PM to schedule and attend the meeting
  4. Handle the client-facing activities including but not limited to:
    • Kick-off meeting
    • BRD discovery
    • Assist FC to find out the solution to GAPS
    • Join the Training sessions
    • Assist in UAT sessions if needed
    • Project Go-Live
    • Project Plan
    • Project weekly/half monthly meetings etc
  5. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  6. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  7. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  8. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  9. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  10. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  11. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
  12. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  13. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  14. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  15. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  16. ERP project oversight.
  17. Should be able to handle the client independently
  18. Must have the ability to communicate effectively
  19. Must be aware of the complete Project Life Cycle
  20. Must be familiar and know how to write the documents (BRD, FRD, Project Tools, methodology, commercial documents, ClickUp, Sign Off, and other relevant templates) 
  21. Ensure the Project Completion Checklist is updated

 

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

  1. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Sales field for IT strategy development.
  2. Possesses great communication, coordination, and collaboration skills and the ability to navigate complex matrixed issues.
  3. Excellent leader with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, & closing skills with prospects or customers.
