What a day at work for you will look like:
- Attending incoming enquiries (emails, calls and chats) from customers regarding product and service offering, and general customers’ enquiries.
- First level help desk to respond to call and provide resolution to customer queries.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, ask the right questions, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Update customer information in the CRM and report during and after each call.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals and quotations, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
- Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM continued with leads assignment to the sales department.
- Identify ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Find procurement opportunities from different government agencies for the sales team.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Has strong communication skills in both oral and written.
- Has teamwork skills.
- Proactive and meticulous.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets/MS Excel and other office software, fast typing.
- Strong understanding ability, hard-working, able to adapt to shift work and shift work system.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, able to communicate internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure.
