We are looking for a sales leader to manage sales operation in Indonesia. You will be required to manage the Indonesian sales team, working closely with Director of Sales, to ensure that the sales team maintains a high level of performance. You will use your experience to mentor and support the sales team, when dealing with principals and prospects, and to drive sales process and target attainment.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for meeting the new sales target set by the management for the Indonesian market for both license and services.
  2. Manage, mentor and support the Indonesian sales team and provide executive coverage, especially when dealing with principals and prospects.
  3. Maintain high-level accuracy of sales forecast by ensuring the CRM information is kept up-to-date, and sales opportunities are thoroughly scrutinised.
  4. Help the sales team to strategise the sales closure process in partnership with principals and to hold the sales team accountable for their own sales activities.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to define and plan marketing activities for Indonesia for the purpose to drive the acquisition of sales-qualified leads.
  6. Work closely with presales to ensure solution fit of the proposed solution and with the service team to ensure timely and accurate submission of commercial proposals.
  7. Be the point of escalation for both the service team and clients when facing challenges during project implementation, and liaise with either team for satisfactory resolution.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience as sales leader, preferably in solution selling, and 10 years experience in sales.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with prospects, clients, principals and internal team.
  3. Strong analytical skills to predict, plan and strategize sales closure process, recognizing barriers and workarounds.
  4. Self-starter and driven to drive sales team to perform highly and effectively in order to achieve the targets set by management.
  5. People management skills to manage the sales team, recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and be able to mentor the sales team.
