Our Content Writer will work closely with our Marketing Team to create relevant content for websites, blogs, articles, white papers, and social media platforms. In addition, this position will support the development and execution of the company’s communication media programs. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

Job Description:

  1. Create and handle daily contents for various channels, including but not limited to social media, website, blog, and media release.
  2. Manage company’s social media platforms, promote content on social media, and monitor engagement.
  3. Communicate & promote PointStar brand and products in an interesting & attractive way on various channels to reach our target audience.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology.
  5. Exploring content trends and operation strategy by regular research and analysis.
  6. Work closely with program all Ad Support, Event Executive, Web Developer and Graphic Design to produce creative contents.
  7. Optimize content strategy and analyze high level content to select good quality content and UGC.
  8. Proofread and copy edit materials when needed.
  9. Lead the content creation process for all content formats, i.e.: lead podcast creation process.


  1. Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  2. Impeccable grasp of the English and Indonesian language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
  3. Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  5. Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  6. Familiarity with each client’s requirements and the company’s brand image, products, and services.
