Job Description:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact and work closely with all outsourced vendor services relating to finance, legal, regulation compliance etc.
- Trade vendor coordination and management.
- Management of all company administrative matters.
- Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage budgets and forecasts within your department.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs within the department.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, budgeting and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, financial management software, and spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented.
