Job Description: 

  1. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  2. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  3. Act as the main point of contact and work closely with all outsourced vendor services relating to finance, legal, regulation compliance etc.
  4. Trade vendor coordination and management.
  5. Management of all company administrative matters.
  6. Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant.
  7. Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  8. Manage budgets and forecasts within your department.
  9. Ensure compliance with company SOPs within the department.

Requirements:

  1. 3-4 years experience in Finance or Accounting role.
  2. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, budgeting and financial regulations.
  3. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, financial management software, and spreadsheets.
  4. Detail-oriented.
