Business Development Representative plays a strategic role in growing the business at PointStar. You will be responsible for researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest through calls and research. You will do tele-profiling, updating, and database management. You will assist in supporting marketing and sales-related activities such as negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers, managing incoming leads from marketing channels, website live chat, and assigning incoming leads from our website, events, and online channels to ensure that potential leads are attended to promptly, qualifying them before assigning to the sales team.
Job Descriptions:
- Research accounts, identify decision makers, and generate interest through calls and research.
- Teleprofiing to develop a list of contacts to support inbound and outbound activities.
- Attending the website live chat.
- Qualifying incoming leads from live chats, websites, events, and online channels.
- Updating and database management.
- Updating leads reports.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the tech sector, enterprise sales cycles, or data-driven decision-making tools is a plus.
- Comfortable learning and explaining SaaS and device solutions.
- Self-starter with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for connecting with others.
