AODocs Product Overview training serves as the starting point for new users as they begin their journey with AODocs in their organization. This training is intended to provide an overview of core AODocs Features and equip users with basic functions.

- Look at AODocs security and compliance and the AODocs basic terms
- Learn about what is the AODocs storage account and how to manage permissions in AODocs
- Create Team folders and Secured folders and Document libraries from a template
- Install and manage the AODocs Smartbar permissions Manage your AODocs Smartbar permissions and settings
- Access your Team Folders and Secured Folders with Google Drive and Add files or folders managed by AODocs to your My Drive
- Add and create files and folders to your Team Folder and Secured Folder
- Create documents from emails in Team Folders and Secured Folders (in Gmail)
- Create documents from emails in Document Management libraries (in Gmail)
